A ceremony was held on the Nov. 18, 2005 in the RWE-Tower in Dortmund, where the winners of the Micro Technology Competition 2005 were presented with the awards. Dr. Oliver Humbach was awarded with the second prize for temicon GmbH, as well as the special prize „MST.factory dortmund GmbH“, with a total value of 60.000,-- Euro.
