Micro/Nano metal foils

temicon produces micro and nano structured metal foils for screen printing technology, fluid technology and other applications. Examples are micro stencils, micro sieves, vaporizer membranes and micro jet nozzles.

The micro or nano structured metal foils can be supplied to the following specifications: Structure geometry and dimensions as per customer request.

• Small formats: up to 8 inches round, up to 6 x 6 inches square
• Large formats: up to DIN A2, or 20 x 24 inches, or 508 x 609.6 mm
• Foil thickness: 5 – 100 µm
• Material: nickel, hard nickel, nickel alloys
