Micro/nano mould inserts

temicon manufactures micro and nano structured mould inserts for plastic injection moulding, embossing or the UV-curing process. The mould inserts are made to customer requirements.

Mould inserts can be supplied with the following specifications: Structure geometry and dimensions as per customer request.


  • Small formats: up to 8 inches round, up to 6 x 6 inches square
  • Large formats: up to DIN A2, or 20 x 24 inches, or 508 x 609.6 mm
  • Substrate thickness: 0 - 500 µm, typically: 300 µm, on request up to the mm range
  • Material: nickel, hard nickel, nickel alloys
