Shadow masks

Shadow masks are microhole films for PVD processes (sputter technology, vapor deposition technology).

For example, shadow masks are used to apply metal electrodes to components made of plastic, glass or ceramics. Oxidic insulation structures can also be applied using shadow masks in the PVD process.

Shadow masks in series production

As a series producer, temicon meets the highest standards for precision and structure resolution through galvanic production.

Our shadow masks stand out for their vertical, burr-free edges with low roughness. The nickel shadow masks can also be magnetically fastened to the substrate, so that full-surface contact is assured.
