Structured Panels via UV casting
temicon offers structured panels manufactured by a Roll-to-plate UV imprint process.
Structures sizes below 100nm up to several hundreds of microns can be realized on rigid plates (e.g. PMMA, PC, glass) of 500mm x 1600mm.
Structured films or panels
Analog to structured films temicon can offer a variarity of substrate films and product lacquers in order to satisfiy customers requirements for various kinds of industries. Plates made of glass, PMMA or other materials can be structured in a cost-efficient way by applying masterfilm processes.
